Artoco (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") values user privacy and data protection. **4.2** If users choose to mint AI-generated content into NFTs, it is considered an active authorization for display and public release. The Platform retains algorithmic rights for display, recommendation, and evaluation.

**4.3** All AI-generated history will be anonymized, and original user inputs will not be stored. When generated content is used for internal algorithm optimization, any identifiable information will be removed.&#x20;

**5.2** Cookies do not collect your wallet private keys or identity codes. You may disable certain functions via browser or wallet plugins, but this may affect some operational experiences.

**5.3** Blockchain transactions and contract operations are inherently public. Anyone can view related content via blockchain explorers. The Platform cannot prevent third-party use of such publicly available data.&#x20;

**7.2** Apart from information actively provided by users, the Platform does not save, view, or host your wallet keys, private keys, or mnemonics.

**7.3** If abnormal access behavior, batch requests, or unusual contract call frequencies are detected, the Platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend requests and flag risks.&#x20;

**9.2** On-chain data is permanently recorded on public blockchain networks, which is beyond the Platform’s control. Users are advised to employ strategies such as disposable wallets and cold-hot separation to protect identity privacy.

**9.3** If you are located in regions with data privacy regulations (e.g., EU, UK, California), we ensure cross-border data transfers comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other legal requirements, implementing compliance safeguards via DPA agreements or SCC mechanisms.

**9.4** The Platform operates service nodes via a distributed network. Data may be transmitted globally across borders. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the technical nature of potential data flow.&#x20;

**10.2** New terms become effective upon publication. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of all new terms. If you disagree, you must cease using Platform services and request account deletion.

**10.3** If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid by a judicial authority, the validity of other provisions remains unaffected. Unspecified matters shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the user’s jurisdiction.

**10.4** Disputes arising from privacy data usage between users and the Platform shall be resolved through negotiation first. If negotiation fails, complaints or lawsuits may be filed with the arbitration institution or court with jurisdiction at the Platform’s registration location.

**10.5** The Platform retains final interpretation rights of this Privacy Policy.&#x20;
